Jimmy Avendaño is the founder of FoamTech Construction. His work is guided by more than 25 years of experience in construction and operations. This combination of personal commitment and professional expertise allows us to deliver both trust and results.

Launching FoamTech is a dream come true for our family and a natural next step in my own journey after more than two decades leading and growing operations for other companies. I knew it was time to build something of my own, a business that reflects my values, serves our community with integrity, and creates a lasting legacy for my family. FoamTech was born from that vision: to bring smarter, more efficient, and customer-focused solutions to spray foam insulation and concrete lifting. I’m committed to building lasting relationships through honest work, clear communication, and high-performance results that truly make a difference.
